Precision mechanics has always been part of the company’s DNA.
An entire department dotted with traditional and numerical control (cnc) equipment, to guarantee every need and every processing.
In this way we are able to realize a wide range of executions for chip removal, with possible completion in terms of treatment, both surface and thermal.
Everything comes from the customer’s need: reproduction of details starting from the existing sample, processing of details starting from the technical drawing, or designing the pieces from scratch.
Also in these cases the entire company chain is involved: technical office, warehouse, department.
The typical precision mechanical workings take place on carbon steels, tempered steel, hardening steels, stainless steels, aluminum in all the main commercial alloys, bronze, brass and then also embrace the world of polymers: polyethylene, polyzene, nylon, arnite , Delrin, PVC, polymeric resins in general, Pom-C.
The treatments that we are able to carry out, internally or through consolidated partnerships are: hardening, induction hardening, gas nitriding, anodizing, nickel plating, chrome plating, burnishing, PVD coating.
